Return and Shipping Policy

We accept returns for up to 7 days after purchase is made(if local pickup) or 7 days after delivery if shipped. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Returns are for store credit only. 

Exchanges can be made for 14 days after purchase is made(if local pickup) or 14 days after delivery if shipped. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. 

Hello Hadlee is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have left my possession. Please contact your local post office to file a claim. 

I try my best to ship within 48 hours. However, sometimes this will be a little longer since I am only one person that also works a full time job and am a full time mom. If you are curious about when your item will ship, just ask me and I will get back to you ASAP.
